I am pleased to announce that Jeff Krasnoff, President of LNR Property Corporation, has
advised the City of their decision to move their corporate headquarters to Miami Beach at
the new "Lincoln" office building located at 1601 Washington Avenue. They anticipate
relocating towards the end of 2002. LNR's decision to relocate to Miami Beach has
sparked greater interest from other corporate tenants. Staff is actively assisting three major
corporate suitors who are considering Miami Beach for their future office location.
While many of the executives of LNR are long time residents, please join me in welcoming
LNR to our business community.
