5th Street Corridor Revitalization Final Report
The purpose of this LTC is to provide a copy of the final report for the 5th Street Corridor
Revitalization. (The target area is from 4t~ Street to 7th Street and Alton Road to Ocean
Court.)
Representatives from our Economic Development Division worked with the South Florida
Regional Planning Council and the Department of Community Affairs through their Urban
Infill and Redevelopment Grant program to prepare this report.
The report summarizes the findings and provides action steps to meet the goals identified
by the information solicited from the citizen participation on activities to promote in order
to improve the 5th Street Corridor.
Recommendations and action steps will be considered by the Administration dudng our
annual departmental work plan development and budget reviews.
