Resolution 74-14413 RESOLUTION NO. 74-14413
WHEREAS , the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, entered
into a Lease Agreement with FLORIDA TEAM TENNIS , INC. , dated
March 11 , 1974 , and amendment dated April 3 , 1974 , for Florida
Team Tennis games ; and
WHEREAS , FLORIDA TEAM TENNIS , INC. , has released the
date of June 16 , 1974 , in the Miami Beach Convention Hall; and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the
existing Agreements shall remain the same except that payments
shall be reduced from Twenty-Two Thousand and no/100 Dollars
($22 , 000 . 00) to Twenty-One Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($21 , 000. 00) ;
and
WHEREAS , a letter, signed by the Executive Director of
the Miami Beach Convention Center, dated May 29 , 1974 , amending
the existing Agreements between the FLORIDA TEAM TENNIS , INC. ,
and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, has been mailed to and accepted by
FLORIDA TEAM TENNIS , INC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter dated May 29 ,
1974 , signed by the Executive Director of the Miami Beach Con-
vention Center, amending the existing Agreements between FLORIDA
TEAM TENNIS , INC. , and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved in the name of and on behalf of
said CITY.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 10th day of July , 1974 .
