purpose of

ENTERTAINMENT FOR CONVENTIONEERS
on
AUGUST 16, 1974
and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as -
to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of
and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said -
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest of
the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement_
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY .
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described lease agreemer't on
behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and, Cd .venti on,
Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into _
effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the
City.
