WHEREAS, on the 7th day of March, 1974, the City Coun-
cil passed and adopted resolutions ordering the improvements desig-
nated as :
Whiteway Improvements WW-151 , WW-154, WW-156, WW-163, WW-164
Districts WW-151 , WW-154, WW-156, WW-163, WW-164
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and speci-
fications of such improvements and estimates of the costs thereof,
including estimates of the incidental expenses, and the said plans
and specifications and estimates of costs and estimates of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be published at least
once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami
Beach a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of
Miami Beach on the 4th day of September, 1974, commencing
at 3:00 o'clock P.M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolutions
ordering said improvements.
