A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
AND REFRESHMENT SERVICE CO. , INC. IN
CONNECTION WITH "FOOD, BEVERAGE AND
CATERING CONCESSION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH CONVENTION CENTER" .
WHEREAS , REFRESHMENT SERVICE CO. , INC. was determined
by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to be
the successful bidder for the exclusive right to operate the
Food, Beverage and Catering Concession in the City of Miami
Beach Convention Center for a period of ten (10) years
commencing on or about March 1, 1975 , and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
for the operation of such concession in conformance with the
specifications and proposal, with the terms of which the City
Council is familiar, and
WHEREAS , it is deemed to be in the best interest of
the City of Miami Beach to enter into such agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the said agreement in the name of the City
of Miami Beach.
