WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
NAWAL PRODUCTIONS
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Amd9' ' twic =x Convention Hall North South for the
purpose of

SEPTEMBER 30 - OCTOBER 7, 1974
and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as'
to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of
and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest
the City to authorize the execution of the said lease� of
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY TH✓ CITY .
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the ;taior

and the City Clerk be, dare hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described lease agreement on
behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and. COI-went-ion
Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into
effect the terms and provisions

City.
