FESOLUTION NO. 74-14468
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami
' ' Beach, Florida, has been advised that
FOUR FREEDOMS CIVIC CLUBS , INC.
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Auditorium d:t=d1MIAIXDIRDR4WWIY.FEtriqgi2144 for the
purpose of
• VARIETY SHOW -

on -
MARCH 31 , 1975
and
WHEREAS , a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as -
to form by the City Attorney, and •
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of
and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said -
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest of
the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement_ .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY Tri. C I TY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Nayor -
and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described lease agreeMert on
behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and Co vention.
Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into
effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the
City_
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of September ,1974.
