A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NOS . 74-14441, 74-14442, 74-14443,
74-14444, and 74-14445, ORDERING
WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENTS WW-151, WW-154,
WW-156, WW-163, and WW-164.
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolution No. 74-14446, passed and adopted on the
7th day of August, 1974, ordered the calling of a public hearing
on the proposed Whiteway Improvements WW-151, WW-154, WW-156,
WW-163, and WW-164, and
WHEREAS , said public hearing was duly held on September
4, 1974, to consider objections to confirmation of Resolution
Nos. 74-14441, 74-14442, 74-14443, 74-14444, and 74-14445, and
WHEREAS , the City Council considered said objections
presented and now being fully advised in the premises ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH. FLORIDA, that the said Resolution
Nos. 74-14441, 74-14442, 74-14443, 74-14444, and 74-14445, passed
and adopted on August 7, 1974, ordering said Whiteway Improvements
WW-151, WW-154, WW-156, WW-163, and WW-164, be and the same is
hereby rescinded and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 1974.
