A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT
WITH KELLY SERVICES, INC. FOR ONE
YEAR PERIOD BEGINNING OCTOBER 20, 1974
WHEREAS, pursuant to competitive bids for the
supply of temporary help services for a one year period for
the Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall, Kelly
Services, Inc. was the successful bidder; and
WHEREAS, an appropriate form of contract has
been prepared by the City Attorney to be entered into by and
between the City of Miami Beach and Kelly Services, Inc. for
the supply of temporary help for the Miami Beach Auditorium
and Convention Hall for a one year period from October 20,
1974 through October 19, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida has found and determined that it is in the
best interest of the City to enter into said Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute and deliver said Agreement for and in
the name of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and that the
financial officers of the City be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to make the disbursements called for in accordance
with the provisions of said Agreement.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1974.
