A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CATEGORIES
AND SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR GOLF
COURSE USE, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1 , 1974
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 . That effective October 1, 1974, the following schedule of fees
payable for the use of the City's golf courses, established by
City Council on September 24, 1974, shall be as follows:
PERMANENT RESIDENT FREEHOLDER/REGISTERED VOTER
Single $ 200.00
Husband & Wife $ 300.00
PERMANENT RESIDENT NON-VOTER/NON-FREEHOLDER
Single $ 300.00
Husband & Wife $ 475.00
TOURIST RESIDENT
Single $ 375.00
Husband & Wife $ 525.00
NON-RESIDENT FREEHOLDER
Single $ 200.00
Husband & Wife $ 300.00
JUNIOR (UNDER 18 YEARS) $ 50.00
INTERMEDIATE (18 THROUGH 20 YEARS $ 75.00
PAR 3 GOLF COURSE ONLY
Per Person $ 100.00
GREENS FEES
PAR 3 GOLF COURSE
Season - 11/1 - 4/30 $ 2.50
Off-Season - 5/1 - 10/31 $ 1 .50
NORMANDY SHORES AND BAYSHORE
Season - 11/1 - 4/30 $ 7.00
Off-Season - 5/1 - 10031 $ 3.50
LOCKER FEE $ 25.00 per year
Freeholder shall mean ownership, either as an individual or as an
officer of a corporation, or real property within the City limits of
Miami Beach. A receipted property tax bill , or title, will be required
for proof of ownership. If property is held in the name of a corporation,
proof must be submitted that the individual making application is an
officer in the corporation.
SECTION 2. That Resolution No. 73-14129, adopted September 25, 1973, be and the
same is hereby rescinded.
