A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN MIAMI BEACH FEDERAL
CREDIT UNION AND THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FOR COOPERATIVE COMPUTER SUPPORT .
WHEREAS , the City of Miami Beach is desirous of
entering into a Cooperative Computer Support Agreement with the
Miami Beach Federal Credit Union, and
WHEREAS , the Cooperative Computer Support Agreement
will be of substantial benefit to the City of Miami Beach and
the Miami Beach Federal Credit Union as well as all personnel
involved, and
WHEREAS , an appropriate agreement with Miami Beach
Federal Credit Union has been prepared and has been approved as
to form by the City Attorney, the terms and conditions of which
are set forth in the said agreement, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS , the City Manager has recommended to the City
Council that said Agreement be entered into, and
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to be in the best interest of the City and its
residents to enter into said Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute and deliver the said Agreement for and in the name
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
