A RESOLUTION CHANGING RECORDS OF THE CITY
TO REFLECT CHANGE IN NAME OF THE MIAMI
BEACH FIRST NATIONAL BANK TO FLAGSHIP
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI BEACH
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has been informed and advised
that the bank formerly known as "The Miami Beach First National Bank"
has duly changed its name to "Flagship First National Bank of Miami
Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that henceforth all references heretofore
made to The Miami Beach First National Bank, whether by resolution,
contract or other instruments of whatsoever nature, shall be taken
to refer to Flagship First National Bank of Miami Beach and that
all of said resolutions, contracts or other instruments shall be
deemed to be amended accordingly.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1974.
