A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, REQUESTING THE TOWN OF
SURFSIDE TO RENDER ARREARS PAYMENT OF SEVENTY-FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($75, 000. 00) , MONEY TO BE REFUNDED
EXPEDITIOUSLY IN EVENT CITY DOES NOT PREVAIL IN
PENDING LITIGATION.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems that it is in the best interest of the citizens of
this community that the Town of Surfside render arrears payment
of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75, 000 . 00) ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Town of Surfside is
jl hereby requested to render the payment of Seventy-five Thousand
Dollars ($75, 000. 00) which is presently in arrears.
