A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
FOR THE PLACEMENT OF A BUS STOP SHELTER. (Carillon Hotel Property)
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach is causing to be con-
structed and maintained certain bus stop shelters throughout the
City, and
WHEREAS , the attached easement allows the placement of
such a shelter on private property, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the public
to erect some such shelters at locations which are privately owned .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the attached easement is
hereby accepted by the City Commission.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of September , 1981.

the grantee City, or its agent the right to erect and maintain
said shelter with all necessary fixtures thereon across the

above-described property belonging to the undersigned. It is
understood that the •employees of City or its agent shall,

the purposes of maintenance and repairs provided that City shall
be responsible for any damage to the above described grantor ' s

SUBJECT: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF BUS STOP SHELTER
The attached Easement, authorizing the use of a 14'10" X 4'10"
strip of land owned by the Maine Realty Holding Trust (Carillon
Hotel property) is the first such document executed under our
Bus Stop Shelter contract with Convenience and Safety Corporation.
Acceptance of same will permit construction of a shelter in
this high priority area.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
-Adoption and acceptance by the Commission.
