A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH BARON ANTIQUE SHOWS, INC. FOR
THE USE OF THE SOUTH HALL - MARCH 1982 SHOW
AND NORTH HALL - OCTOBER 1982 SHOW ON MARCH
25-28, 1982 AND OCTOBER 21-24 , 1982.
WHEREAS , the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
BARON ANTIQUE SHOWS, INC.
desire to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit:
SOUTH HALL - MARCH 1982 SHOW AND NORTH HALL - OCTOBER
12-24, 1982
for the event known as :
TWO ANTIQUE SHOWS
on
MARCH 25-28, 1982 AND OCTOBER 21-24, 1982
and
WHEREAS , an appropriate lease agreement has been prepared
by the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and approved as to
form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS , the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement
and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of the said lease agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described• lease agreement on behalf of the City, and that the Miami
Beach Convention Center Director be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of September , 1981 .
