A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN SOCIETY OF CLINICAL
PATHOLOGISTS FOR THE USE OF THE SOUTH GALL
AND ENTIRE WRAPAROUND OF MIAMI BEACH CONVEN-
TION CENTER ON OCTOBER 13-23, 1982
WHEREAS , the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
AMERICAN SOCIETY OF CLINICAL PATHOLOGISTS

desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit:
SOUTH HALL AND ENTIRE WRAPAROUND OF MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION
CENTER
for the event known as :

CONVENTION
on
SOUTH HALL - OCTOBER 13-22 , 1982 - NORTH HALL MEETING ROOMS -
and OCTOBER 14-21 , 1982 - SOUTH HALL MEETING ROOMS - OCTOBER
13-23, 1982
WHEREAS , an appropriate lease agreement has been prepared
by the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and approved as to
form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS , the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement
and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of the said lease agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and theyare hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described, lease agreement on behalf of the City, and that the Miami
Beach Convention Center Director be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of September , 1981 .
