A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE ROBERT L. MICHNOFF MEMORIAL FUND
TRUSTEE AGREEING THAT A FIELDHOUSE BUILDING WILL BE
CONSTRUCTED IN FLAMINGO PARK, MIAMI BEACH AND AGREE-
ING THAT SAID FIELDHOUSE BUILDING WILL BE DONATED TO
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH ON ITS COMPLETION.
. WHEREAS, Dr. Donald Michnoff has generously offered to build
a fieldhouse building in Flamingo Park in memory of his son, Robert L.
Michnoff; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Donald Michnoff is Trustee for the Robert L.
Michnoff Memorial Fund and will donate said fieldhouse building to the
City when it is completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that they authorize the Mayor to enter
into an agreement with the Robert L. Michnoff Memorial Fund Trustee
agreeing that a fieldhouse building will be constructed in Flamingo
Park, Miami Beach, and agreeing that said fieldhouse building will be
donated to the City of Miami Beach on its completion.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of October , 1981.
