A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXE-
CUTE THE 1982-1984 AGREEMENT BETWEEN FOOD MANAGEMENT
ASSOCIATES AND ICE FOLLIES AND HOLIDAY ON ICE, INC.
WHEREAS , the City Commission has reviewed the agreement
between Food Management Associates and Ice Follies and Holiday on
Ice, Inc. and approves the terms thereof; and
WHEREAS , the City Manager and City Attorney have recommen-
ded execution of the agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor shall execute the
Agreement between Food Management Associatesand Ice Follies and
Holiday on Ice, Inc.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of December , 1981
