• A RESPLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH BELLANDE GEORGES AND MICHAEL
BASTIEN FOR THE USE OF ROOM 100 OF NORTH HALL
OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER ON JUNE
5 & 6 , 1982 .

WHEREAS , the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that

desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of
li Miami Beach, to-wit:
ROOM 100 OF NORTH HALL OF THE MIAMI BEACH
1 CONVENTION CENTER.
for the event known as:
HAITIAN DANCE

on JUNE 5 & 6 , 1982 .

WHEREAS, an appropriate lease agreement has been prepared
by the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and approved as to
from by the City Attorney, and

WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement
and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of the said lease agreement;
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
«`7 be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and that the Miami
Beach Convention Center Director be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
