RESOLUTION NO. 82-16988
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
13248 , TO REQUIRE CITY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS TO
MEET AT LEAST FOUR TIMES EACH YEAR.
SECTION 1
Be it duly resolved by the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida that paragraph 5 of Resolution No. 13248 , adopted
April 7, 1971, is amended to read as follows:
"5 . The failure of any City Advisory Board or Committee
of the ei€y to meet at €e€etvals with sufficiently
€regses€ frequency to duly transact the business of
said Board or Committee, or to meet a minimum of
once per calendar quarter shall he eaese fat eels -

dissolution of the Board or Committee. "
