A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH LATCOM, INC. FOR THE USE OF
SOUTH HALL OF 'THE MIAMI VEACH CONVENTION
CENTER ON APRIL 7-15 , 1983 AND SOUTH HALL
MEETING ROOMS IN WRAPAROUND APRIL 7-15 , 1983.
WHEREAS , the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,

C desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit:

for the event known as :
COMUNICACIONES EXPO ' 83 (TRADE ONLY)

and
,., WHEREAS , an appropriate lease agreement has been prepared
Li by the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and approved as to
form by the City Attorney , and

WHEREAS , the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement
and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of the said lease agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above-
described lease agreement on behalf of the City , and that the Miami
Beach Convention Center Director be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May , 19 82 .
