A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE LEASE AND
AGREEMENT FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND THE REYNOLDS CONSTRUC-
TION COMPANY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAME.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach is desirous of having
a facility such as has been proposed by Reynolds Construction
Company; and
WHEREAS, such a facility is in the best interests of
the citizens of Miami Beach; and
WHEREAS, the Contract has been negotiated and has the
approval of the City Manager , City Attorney and Special Counsel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Commission
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida approves the lease and agree-
ment for private development between the City of Miami Beach and
the Reynolds Construction Company and authorizing the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute same.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May , 1982.
