RESOLUTION NO. 82-17018
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10840, CREATING THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH FINE ARTS BOARD, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT APPOINT-
MENTS TO THIS BOARD BE TWO YEAR TERMS INSTEAD OF ONE YEAR TERMS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
,FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 10840, Section 3, now reading as follows:
"Section 3. Each member shall be appointed for a term of one year.
Any vacancy occurring on the Board shall be filled in
the same manner as was his predecessor."
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3. Each member shall be appointed for a term of two (2)
years. Any vacancy occurring on the Board shall be
filled in the same manner as was his predecessor.
