RESOLUTION NO. 82-17040
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH DADE COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION
AGENCY FOR THE OPERATION OF A HEAD START PROGRAM
AT THE FLAMINGO PARK TEEN CENTER.
WHEREAS, for the reasons more particularly set forth in the
attached Commission Memorandum and Agreement, the City Commission of the
City of Miami Beach finds it in the best interest of the City to enter
into an Agreement with Dade County Community Action Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, a
copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, for and on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach.
