A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH VI-CAR ENTERTAINMENT, INC. FOR
• THE USE OF THEATER OF THE PERFORMING ARTS OF
THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER ON JULY 17 ,
1982 .
WHEREAS , the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
VI-CAR ENTERTAINMENT, INC.
• •desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit:
THEATER OF THE PERFORMING ARTS OF
THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER.

for the event known as:
VIKKI CARR CONCERT.

JULY 17 , 1982 .
and
WHEREAS , an appropriate lease agreement has been prepared
by the Miami Beach ConventionCenterDirector and approved as to
form by the City Attorney ,
WHEREAS , the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of theesaidl a setoutriaoeezent
and deems it to be in the best interest of City
the execution of the said lease agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
