BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
- Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , March
3rd , A. D. 1937 , it would hear any objections of per-
sons interests: in or affected by the above designated
improvemeniO as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having •been presented, said improvement$,as
completed, be and the sa.meapg hereby accepted.
