MAKE APPLICATION TO THE WAR DEPARTMENT
OF THE UNITED STATES FOR PBBMISSION
TO CONSTRUCT SANITARY SEWER FORCE ;iAIN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
;::IA ..I BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Y. N. Lipp, City Engineer for said City,
be, and he is hereby directed and authorized to make
application to the War Department of the United States
for perr«ission to construct a thirty (30) inch cast
iron sanitary sewer force 'Hain below the waters of
Indian Creek in the vicinity of West 60th Street,
and to ,Wake application in the name of the said City,

or in his own name as represents-Wive of the City.
