BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the f ollo•Jina described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of
the City Charter:
,SR-274 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the west curb line of North Bay
Road from a point ' at or near the north line,
produced easterly, of Lot 6, Block 1, La Gorce
Golf SubdiVision, to a point at or near' the
north line, produced ea:=:terly, of Lot 4,
Block 1, said La Gorce Golf Subdivisi :}n.
Together with a 6" terr=. cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each seventy-five (75) feet of abutting property
as a pert of the main improvement.
As said Road, Lots, Block and Subdivision '
are shoim on a plat recorded in Plat Book 14,
Page 43, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of ' said
Improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, ' the preparation of Plans
and Specifications and Estimates, the printing and Publication
of notices and proceedings, the - reparation of ' bnds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstracts, proceedings
2'...ncl work herein provided for; and the estimated alount- to be
assessed a ; .,inst each front foot of adjacent property.
This improvement shall be designated in all c'oceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-274,
and the property against which assessments therefor may be
made for the cost thereof shall be deli hated as District SR-274.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd DAY OF March A.D. 1937.
