SANITARY SEWERDISTRICT SR--274
IMPROVEMENT R_2 74
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of March , 19 37 the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-274 District SR-274 , and directed the City Engineer
to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
plans and specifications and estimate of cost and esti-
mate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
Engineer with the City Clerk.
T.-LREFO z.E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted et the door of the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and. Liberty Ave-
nue Fire Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach on the 17th day of March , 1937, at 10:00 .
o 'clock'4t M. , the City Council will hear the objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said. re-
solution ordering said improvement .
PASSED ANn ADOPTED this 3rd day of March
A. D. 1937 .
