A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENTS H-150 DISTRICTS H-150 AND H-162
AND H-162
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEaNTS H-150, & H-162,
and H-162
Districts H-150/ havebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvementirecommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
MOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on March
17th , A. D. 1937, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
mentsas to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3ilth day of March
