SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-273 DISTRICT SR-273
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 3rd day of March 1937, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-273 District SR-273
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of saidimprovement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 17thday of
March 1937 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering; said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-273 , District SR-273 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of 4;350.57 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
