RESOLUTION NO. 3887
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-274 DISTRICT SR-274
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 3rd day of March 1937, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-274 District SR-274
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 17thday of
March 1.937 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A, M, , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation o#' said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the L'ime and place aforesaid,
THERE FORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach; Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-274 ., District SR-274, be and the same is
hereby confirmed; and an appropriation of $255.67 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
