RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF 11?IAT`.I BEACH,FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE
WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED STATES
FOR PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT A SANITARY
SEWAGE OUTFALL TO*ETHER WITH A BULK-
HEAD AND GROYNES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That M.N.Lipp, City ,Znaineer for said City, be and
he is hereby directed and authorized to make application to
the War Department of the United States for permission to
construct a thirty-six (36) inch sanitary sewage outfall
main into the Atlantic Ocean along the extension of Seventy-
fourth Street to a point approximately seven thousand (7,000)
feet from shore, together with a bulkhead and groynes along
the Atlantic Ocean from Seventy-third Street to Seventy-fifth
Street, in the City of ; iami Beach, Florida, and to make such
appliciwtion in the name of said. City or in his own name as
representative of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF March A.D 1937.
