SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT ROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIA ,I BEACH,
FLORIDA
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections29 and 30 of the
City Charter:
SR-276 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near tiie west curb line of North Bay
Road from a point at or near the south
line, produced easterly, of Lot 34, Block
14, La Gorce Golf Subdivision to a point at
or near the south line, produced easterly,
of the north 18.6' of Lot 36, Block 14,
said La Gorce ":•olf Subdivision.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta Sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each 100: of abutting property, as a part
of the main improvement.
As said Road, Lots, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book
14, Page 43 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and
publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting
the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-276,
and the property against which assessments therfor may be
made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-276.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF March A.D. 1937.
