RESOLUTION NO. 3900
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-271 SR-271
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-271 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
a 2urtenances.
At or near the east curb line of Collins Avenue
from a point 300 feet south of the south line
produced westerly of Lot 1, Indian Beach Corpora-
tion' s Subdivision to a point at or near the
south line produced westerly, of Lot 3, Amended
First Ocean Front Subdivision;
At or near the east curb line of Collins Avenue
from a point at or near the centerline of 63rd
,#,reet to a point at or near the north line of
Amended Second Ocean Front Subdivision;
The laying underground of a 10" terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appur-
tenances.
At or near the east curb line of Collins Avenue
from a point at or near the south line produced
westerly of Lot 3, said Amended First Ocean Front
Subdivision, to a point at or near the south line
produced westerly of Lot 232, said Amended First
Ocean Front Subdivision;
the laying underground of a 12" terra cotta sanitary
sewer and necessary manholes and. appurtenances.
At or near the west curb line of Albacore Drive from
a point at or near the centerline of 67th Street to
a port approximately 100' south of the south line
of 69th Street;
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each.
75' of abutting property as a part of the main
improvement.
As said Avenues, Streets, Drives, Lots and Subdivisions
are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 61;
Book 9 Page 14• Plat Book 9, Page 78;and Plat Book
28, ge 28;of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida;
And as said Albacore Drive and 69th Street are named and
designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and. to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
- be assessed against each front foot of_abutting property.

This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-272 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-271.
