SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-272 SR-272
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter;
SR-272 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta san-
itary sewer and necessary manholes and appurten-
. ances.
At or near the centerline of Collins Avenue from
a point at or near the centerline of Harding
Avenue to a point at or near the centerline of
63rd Street;
At or near the centerline of 63rd Street from a
point at or near the centerline of Harding Avenue
to a point at or near the centerline of Collins Avenue;
At or near the centerline of Collins Avenue from a
point at or near the north line of the Second Ocean
Front Subdivision to a point at or near the north
line of Normandy Beach South;
At or near the centerline of 69th Street from a
point at or near the centerline of Collins Avenue
to a point at or near the east curb line, produced
northerly, of Harding Avenue;

Q sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
V' I At or near the centerline of Collins Avenue from a
point at or near the south line, produced westerly,
of Lot 232, Amended First Ocean Front Subdivision to
a point at or near the south line, produced westerly,
of Lot 235, Said Amended First Ocean Front Subdivision;
At or near the centerline of 67th Street from a point
at or near the east curb line of Collins Avenue to a
point at or near the west curb line of Albacore Drive;
At or near the centerline of 69th Street from a point
at or near the east curb line, produced northerly, of
Harding` Avenue to a point at or near the west curb line,
produced northerly, of Abbott Avenue;
The laying underground of a 12" terra cotta sanitary
sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Collins Avenue from a point
at or near the south line, produced westerly, of said Lot
235, said Amended First Ocean Front Subdivision, to a point
at or near the north lot line of Lot 20, Block 2, produced
easterly, of said Second Ocean Front Subdivision.
At or near the centerline of Harding Avenue from a point at
or near the north lot line of Lot 20, Block 2, produced
easterly of said Second Ocean Front Subdivision, to a point
at or near the centerline of 63rd Street.
At or near the centerline of 69th Street from a point at

or near the west curb line, produced northerly, of Abbott Avenue
to a point at or near the centerline of Albacore Drive;
The laying underground of a 27" terra cotta sanitary sewer and
necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the centerline of Albacore Drive from a point au or
near the centerline of 69th Street to a point avroxima.tely 1001
south of the south line of said 69th Street;
Together with a 6" terra, cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer
totheline of allpro: i_iately each 751 of abutting property as a
part of the main 3J1wmvement;
As said Avenues, Streets, Drive, Lots, Block and Subdivisions are
shown on Plats recorded in the following:

of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
and as said Harding Avenue, 69th Street, Albacore Drive and
Abbott Avenue are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and pub-
lication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary andproper in conducting: the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and "the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all oroceedin; ., assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-272, and the property
against which a ,secs::lents therefor may be mode for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-272.
