SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVE'}AENT SR-271 DISTRICT SA-271
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of March , 1937 , the
City Council passed end adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-271, District SR-271 and directed the City Engineer to
prepare and file plans and e.pecif_ i^atinns of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and spec.
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida., that the City Clerk, shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of. Miami Beach,
Miami Bench Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of. Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on thene;t day of
1937 , at 10: 00 o i clock A. M. , the City Council
