SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-272 DISTRICT SR-272
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of March , 1937 , the
City Council passed a.ndadopted a resolution ordering
the improvement d.esi ;na. 5cd as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-272 , District SR-27e and directed the City Engineer to
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci .
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida,, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Iall.. in the city of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and. Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami. Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the City Council. of Miami Beach on the 31st lay of
March, , 19 37 at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear the objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March ,
