HIGHWAY DISTRICT H-167
IMPROVEAENT H-167
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of March , 1937 , the
City Council passed andadopted a resolution ordering
the improvement d.esig;no6ed as Highway Improvement
H-167, District H-1.67 and directed the City Engineer to
prepare and file plans and s.pecifica.tions of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
TlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami- Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on the33st day of
Marbh , 1937 , at 10: 00 otclock A. M. , the City Council
will hear tl_e objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
