IMPROVEMENT H-167 7
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 17th day of March 1937, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-167, District H-167
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the31st day of
March 1937 , at the City Hall in said City at 10!00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time andplace aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-167 , District H-167 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of t 5 ,697.04 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract. $325.00 is hereby appropriated
frQro� mit Fund for watermain extensions in conjunction with this
