RESOLUTION NO. 3928
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-172 DISTRICT H-172
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
the
1 th 1937, ordered
adopted on the 7 day of March
Highway Improvement H-172, District H-172
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 3lstday of
March 1937 , at the City Hall in said City at 10?0O
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-172 , District H-172 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $13,951.00 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.$1,300. is hereby appropriated
from Currrre t Fund for water extensions required in advance of this
improvuD AND ADOPTED this 31st dory of March , A. D.
