HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-176 DISTRICT H-176
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 17th day of March 1937 , ordered the
Highway Improvement H-176 , District H-176
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 31st day of
March 1937 , at the City Hall in said City at 10500
o1clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-176 , District H-176 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of 19 ,790.00 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
wih City forces withoutmcontraot. 12,000. and $2, 200 are hereby ap-
propriated from budgetary and Curre t �nd. for ewe Repairs and Dater extensions
