OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF XX

IMPROVEMENTS H-149, DISTRICTS H-149, H-153
H-153 and H-165 AND H-165
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS H-149,, H-153 & H-165
H-153 and H-165
Districts H-149 ,/ havebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvementsrecommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on April 21st
, A. D. 1937, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
mentsas to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April
A. D. 1937.
