A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF XX
IMPROVEMENTS
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENTS SK-83 & SK-84 DISTRICTS SK-83 & SK-&4.
WHEREAS, SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS SK-83 ,and SK-$k
and SK-k
Districts SK-83J hamebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvementsrecommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on April
21st , A. D. 1937 , at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
mentsa.s to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April
