BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , April
21st, A. D. 19.37, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestec; in or affected by the above designated
improvementsa.s to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvements as
completed, be and the same a ehereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Apra,
A. D. 1937.
