HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H..185 DISTRICT H-1g5
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 31st day of March 193 7, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-1g5 District H-1g5
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 21st day of
April 1937 , at the City Hall in said City 'at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-1£ 5 , District H-1g5 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $4,490.86 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund
the City Council hereby declaringits intention to proceed
with City forces without contract♦ 850.00, $1200.00 and $550.00
are hereby appropriated from Current Funds for Sidewalk Repairs, Sewer Repairs
and Water ExtensionsPASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st dgy of April , A. D. 11937.
