A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT BK-S2 DISTRICT SK-S2
WHEREAS, SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-82,
District 5K-82 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will 'be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on May
5th , A. D. 1937, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected 'by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April
A. D. 1937.
