WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVET,IENT S SR-251 , 262, 268 , 268
262 268 , 269 , 273 and 274 273 and 274
District 8 SR-251/ha,ebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvementsrecommmended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on May
5th , A. D. 1937, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
mentsas to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
