SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:

That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-278 The laying underground of an 3" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the center of an easement in
Block 29, Lakeview Heights, from a' point
at or near the north line of Lot 2, said
Block 29, to a point at or near the north
line of Lot 1, said Block 29.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta Sewer Lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each 69' of abutting property as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Easement, Lots, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 27,
Page 5, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof; the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and.
Estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess—
ments amd bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-278, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the
cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-278.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 21st DAY OF April A.D. 1937.
